Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern the use of the STAISS platform by its three categories of users: property owners / property managers, travellers and merchant partners.
1. Purpose of the service
STAISS provides a professional interface allowing hosts to share with their travellers a magic link giving access to an interactive map of exclusive offers negotiated with local partner merchants.
2. Access and registration
Access to professional workspaces (owners, merchants) requires the creation of an account and acceptance of these Terms of Use, the Sales Terms and the Privacy Policy. STAISS reserves the right to refuse or suspend any account that does not comply with these rules.
3. Traveller use
Travellers use the exclusive offers on a strictly personal basis during their stay. Any resale, duplication or fraudulent use of a magic link or a partner code is prohibited and results in immediate suspension of access.
4. Partner merchant use
Merchants commit to honouring the exclusive offers published on the platform, validating in good faith the digital vouchers presented by travellers and respecting the intellectual property of STAISS (logo, interface, content).
5. Availability and liability
STAISS makes every effort to ensure a available and secure service but cannot be held liable for occasional interruptions related to maintenance operations, force majeure events or third-party service failures.
6. Trial period and subscription plans
The Mensuel Liberté plan, which has no commitment, may include a free trial period, granted once per account: 30 days when fewer than 3 partner merchants are listed near your property, 14 days otherwise. No payment is taken during the trial. You may cancel at any time from your customer area; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, at no cost. The Seasonal and Annual plans include no trial: they are fixed-term commitments paid up front, whose terms are set out in the Terms of Sale and on the Pricing page.
